Goal: Time for Sacrifices

Goal: Get Fit

Just a quick note tonight. In developing a new eating plan to complement my exercise routine, I knew there would have to be some sacrifices made. Taking the time to exercise on the Total Gym before dinner may be difficult on cooking night but I'm willing to try.
Regarding the eating plan, the first two cuts are Kool-Aid and cheese (well not totally with the exception of a sprinkle on a salad). Until my metabolism has sky-rocketed, no more mac-n-cheese, cheese toast, deli sandwiches with cheese, etc.

I've eliminated dairy products before so I can do it again.

This should be interesting.

  1. Hello there! {waves}

    {raised glass of sparkling cider} Here's to the VERY BEST year yet!

    Happy New Year!

    It is wonderful that you have established some clear and realistic goals as well as a path towards goal attainment. This is vitally important. Blogging about your journey also helps maintain self-accountability!

    I commend you for your resolve and for being the example to encourage others who have a similar desire and goal.

    Peace, blessings and DUNAMIS!

  3. wait...what's with the no cheese thing? lol are you a cheese-o-holic? because low-fat cheeses are a good source of protein & Calcium for you (i'm getting all South Beachy). i ate cheese (on South Beach) and lost like 10lbs...so you might not have to be so drastic (just a thought. i love to eat, so don't mind me lol).
